Please refer to our size guide for each piece. Our sizes vary because every piece is hand-made and one-of-a-kind.

Are all clothes made from second hand and vintage items?

Sloppy Seconds is founded with the mission to extend the life of clothing. Because all of our garments are created from secondhand and vintage clothing, all pieces are one-of-a-kind.

How long does it take to process online orders?

Please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume. We will reach out with any changes to the shipping of your order.

Do you ship Internationally?

We currently offer domestic shipping. If you are interested in international shipping, please reach out via email and we may be able to accommodate. Rates vary based on destination.

International customers, please note that orders ship from the US and we are not responsible for any fees associated with duties or import taxes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.

What is the return policy?

All items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. If you have a specific question about an order, please email sloppysecondsmgw@gmail.com.

What happens when I purchase from third-party retailers?

We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Sloppy Seconds items purchased from other retailers. We are also not responsible for items purchased elsewhere—whether full price or secondhand.
